When will my catch up mail be shipped?
Catch-up mail will be shipped 5-7 business days after placing your order.
If you have an existing monthly membership, catch-up mail is shipped separately.
After fulfillment confirmation, UK orders ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class (up to 5 business days). International orders ship via Standard International (up to 21 days).

Can I track my order?
All mail club orders are shipped using postage stamps and do not include tracking information.
