Shipping policy
The Mail Club - Monthly Dispatch
Your monthly mail club is sent out during the first week of every month. We prepare and dispatch all subscriptions together as a single batch, so fulfillment confirmation will arrive around that time each month.
If you subscribe after dispatch has gone out, your first mail will arrive during the following month's batch.
Delivery Estimates
All letters are sent via standard international postage stamps and are untracked.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK - 2-4 business days
- Europe - 3-7 business days
- Rest of World - 7-21 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Other Orders
For any one-off purchases made in the shop, we aim to dispatch within 7 days of your order being placed. You'll receive a confirmation once it's on its way.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch at littleartchives@gmail.com - we'll do our best to track it down and make it right.
