Frequently Asked Questions
When will my mail be shipped?
Mail Club will be sent out on the first week of the following month.
Sign-ups close on the 27th of each month. If you sign up after the 27th, you will receive next month's mail instead.
After fulfillment confirmation, UK orders ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class (up to 5 business days). International orders ship via Standard International (up to 21 days).

When will I be charged?
Your first subscription payment is charged immediately when you sign up and renews automatically on the same date each month.
How can I make changes to my address or subscription?
You can update your shipping address, billing information, and pause or cancel your subscription through the customer portal at any time.
Can I gift a mail club membership?
Yes, absolutely. You can gift a mail club membership to a friend or a loved one. Just enter your recipient’s name and address at checkout.
